using Assistant Maternelle in France with Frontalier status

Hi does anyone else here use an assistant maternelle in France under Frontalier status. I do, and currently have some issues regarding this with the Pajemploi.

Could really do with some advice as dealing with French officials is exhausting.

Not absolutely sure about the issue here. Are you employing a French frontalier in Switzerland, or in France?

Re: using Assistant Maternelle in France with Frontalier status

sorry, let me be more specific.

I am the "frontalier", I live in France and employ a childcarer in France "assistant maternelle".

The rules are different for those employers who work in Switzerland, but its difficult to get clarification about how it is exactly. I just wonder if someone was doing the same thing and has a better understanding than me.

Sorry I thought you were in CH! Hope somebody comes along soon to help- isn't there something called 'cheque emploi' for part-time workers?

No doesnt come under that. You (me) are the employer, so have to pay tax every 3 months on the salary you pay the child carer. Trouble is, from Pajemploi they are demanding more money than I was advised initially, so wondered if anyone was in the same boat.
