I was wondering if anyone has experience using the E112 form for maternity care in Switzerland (http://www.nhs.uk/NHSEngland/Healthc...vingbirth.aspx). I have already sent the original copy to the KVG (http://www.kvg.org/ferien_ch/default.htm), but it would be great to get some advice on where to go from here. I'm 12 weeks pregnant and my partner and I are moving to Basel within the next three weeks.
