Flu season, or something close...

Well, it seems the season is upon us for dreaded Man Flu - or in the case in my house, "Asthmatic Bronchitis," which I'm pretty sure started out as a mild cold / flu and which hid for a week and then came back as something nasty.

Hopefully everyone else comes through the season with minimal damage, for me, currently it looks something like this:

Oh my, I hear you on this. I have been hit with something very nasty, and my Dr. says he's seeing about 3 cases a day. I am completely knocked out and it is all in my lungs. Hope you feel better!

Re: Flu season, or something close...

My poor OH caught a stinking cold coming back from Morocco, from somebody coughing and spluttering next to him on a plane. The seat next to him was the only one spare on the flight - and some nice Swiss person complained that she was coughing and asked her to move! Nice - so my OH had to have her next to him! Fortunately I haven't followed suite - but I am really worried in case our recent visitor caught it from him. If he reads this, perhaps he could reassure us?? (fingers crossed..)

MusikChick - are you feeling better now?

Re: Flu season, or something close...

My son came down with something nasty last weekend and it lasted all week

Flu-like symptoms: high fever, exhausted, no appetite, very cranky... And I'm fighting a bad cough which doesn't want to go away... there's definitely a bug going around at the moment!
