Listen to me you moron, this is not soap opera! this is my wicked side talking and exposing, do you understand??

So with those kind of contributions you give just ignore me and try to go on being trusted for the people you lie to with your IQ.
Just chill. You started this thread to ask about the permit and legal side of getting divorced in CH. Then you brought in the subject of the problems you have with your wife which really don't have anything to do with the subject of this (your) thread. Of course I can understand this is a difficult time for you but you must realise that we get enough people joining this forum who just create stories to get some sort of reaction. I believe they are called "Trolls".

If you don't want any comment about the personal side of your story, don't include any of it yourself.

People here generally do want to help, but not if you tell them "F**ck You!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

All right. That's true. But at least those can show a little bit of respect for others suffering. How I delete this thread. By closing my account?

My OH did apply for Swiss citizenship- about 40 years after we'd been married. They interviewed me to ensure that we have no intention of divorcing! Applying for citizenship could take up to 18months /2 years even- and if there is any sign of divorce, will not be given. Yes, nationality counts if you want to be able to stay here.

Not the first time I come across somebody who wants nothing at all - apart from the right to stay in CH (as happened to 2 Swiss friends recently, 1 m one f.).
18 months ? I thought it was only a few months after applying to get the citizenship if married to a CH national.

18 months is a "few months" for the Swiss bureaucracy. This is of course when you apply after the 5 years of marriage.

Yes, she does. She doesn't want, but she accept that. Thanks for reply with education and respect.
