Then you brought in the subject of the problems you have with your wife which really don't have anything to do with the subject of this (your) thread. Of course I can understand this is a difficult time for you but you must realise that we get enough people joining this forum who just create stories to get some sort of reaction. I believe they are called "Trolls".

If you don't want any comment about the personal side of your story, don't include any of it yourself.

18 months ? I thought it was only a few months after applying to get the citizenship if married to a CH national.

18 months is a "few months" for the Swiss bureaucracy. This is of course when you apply after the 5 years of marriage.
