Maybe you can still get a homeopathic remedy there?

Hahahaaa ..... I would recommend swallowing a gluey mixture of Cornflour mixed in water..

But ... consider this - you probably have an intestinal infection and "mother nature" is attempting to rid your body of it!

Look on the positive side. Six hours spent in an airplane loo is about as close as most of us mere mortals will get to Singapore's private First Suites.

Often the infection has gone but leaves the intestines in an irritated state which stops them working efficiently and causes things to happen much quicker and more liquid than they should be.

The best remedy is to eat very bland foods (zweiback, white rice, chicken, white fish) when you start to feel better. These are very easy to digest and won't cause further irritation in the bowel.

Build up slowly with veggies and fruit to restore the natural flora balance.

Stay away from milk products in all forms.

One small point: when using the lavatory on an aeroplane, be sure to rise before you flush.

If you fail to remember to do this, a small bout of diarrhea is going to be the least of your worries...
