Turntäppeli

Good Morning.
My sons school teacher says that he needs a pair of Turntäppeli slippers for his Rhymthik class.
The look like little slippers with very thin soles.
Does anyone know where I could get such a pair of shoes in Zurich or Thalwil area.
I tried Walderschue but they had not heard of them
Many thanks

Another word is Geräteschuhe.

You can actually get them at any shoe shop that sells shoes for kids. Funny Walder does not have them.

The one at Löwenplatz has variety of children's shoes. Maybe you can call them.

Or Migros? Also located at Löwenplatz.

The official name is "Geräteschuhe". Sports shops should have them, and for adults, serious gymnastics shoes can be bought here.

Re: Turntäppeli

You can buy them at SportX, Vogele shoes, probably Dosenbach. The more expensive shoe stores (like Walder) probably don't carry them because they are relatively cheap- about 10 SFR.
I found the ones with the dalmations on them (in black or blue) fit the best. The plain white ones tend to fall off more easily.

Re: Turntäppeli

you'll get them at Migros (shoe section), Ochsner Shoes... they cost around CHF 5.00, depending on the colour and the shop.
