We've been living in Lausanne since late May, and so our kids are still much more comfortable in English than in French. They go to the local French school which is wonderful, but they would love to meet some English-speaking kids for playdates.
We live in central Lausanne in the Ouchy area. The boys are aged 6 and 8 (and I also have a 2-year-old boy, but he doesn't need friends so much). We move back to the United States at the end of the year, but would love to hang out with some English speakers before we go!
My husband is at EPFL; I'm theoretically telecommuting to the US but with limited childcare I'm much more of an at-home mom these days. Our boys are friendly and like playing with girls too
