My 6 months old son has the same problem. He sleeps through the night since he is two months.

And it has been 2-3 nights he wakes up very hungry. And he wakes up at 5h30, 6h am.

He might be going through a growth spurt.

Re: Baby didn't switch to winter time - help!

It's nice to know I'm not alone :-)
It wasn't a problem putting my 2 1/2 year old to bed 1 hour later, but he just gets up 1 hour earlier anyway - and seeing as he normally gets up at 6am 5am is REALLY unpleasent! At the moment I am trying the tacktic of bringing him into my bed, getting him his milk as he's always really thirsty when he wakes up, and telling him it's too early to get up. I wouldn't say I'm able to go back to sleep, but at least I'm not quite up and 'starting the day' I'm hoping that in a week or so he'll be back into his normal routine. Then I can get back to trying to convince my 14 month old to a)sleep though the night and b)sleep alone, but that is a completly different battle!
