Using your nifty breakdown here are mine (not that it's a competition but to show it varies massively):

I pay per month (estimation):
daycare: 2000
insurance: 100
doctor's bills + med on average tallying up her illnesses over the year: 60
food (+ extra such soap, nappies, etc.): 300
extra-room: 680
clothes + shoes: 150
activities/hobbies (painting materials/puzzles etc): 100
Extra water and electric thanks to using the private washing machine more: ? (I'll find out soon!)

I am sure we've forgotten something though...

This amounts to 3390/month. Ex also doesn't pay half of this.
