Friend for 5 year old English Boy in Langnau am Albis

Hi,

We're an English family who relocated to Langnau am Albis in April. We have a 5 year old son and 17 month old daughter.

Our son (6 years old in December) goes to school in Cham and therefore doesn't have many friends near to home. Is there anyone on here that would like to have a playdate with him? There's an Animal Park a few mins from our house where we could meet up perhaps.

Fingers crossed

I've moved this to Family Matters (though Free Time might better, I don't know - it's not Daily Life anyway).

If you don't get response like this, perhaps you could put up an event for Mums/Dads and Children to meet up at the Langenberg Wildpark (is that the place you meant?). You could try it on a Saturday or Sunday or wait until the Christmas Holidays. If you put an event up you will at least know whether anyone is keen, or might be interested in meeting in another place at another time.

Good luck.

There are quite a lot of EF members around the Adliswil area. I love the idea of a picnic at the Wildpark, maybe when the weather is a little warmer.

In winter it can be chilly but burning - -er cooking sausages over an open fire is something most kids love. Look at the PDF files with plan of the park in the link given above to see where the 'Feuerstelle' (fireplaces) are.
