Onei's previous posts in this thread (e.g. "the man in the bed is... not the man I knew, and certainly not thinking the way he used to") do not really paint the same picture of close social-media collaboration that his last post does. To me it sounded very much as though he was considering acting without his friend's knowledge and possibly even against his friend's wishes ("gambling that a 35 year marriage is more important" etc.) I certainly did not have the impression that he was reading and discussing these posts with the guy as the thread unrolled. That's why I spoke up as I did. THE LAST FEW POSTS HE COULD NOT HAVE READ, AND HASN'T...HE ONLY GOES ONLINE WHEN I BRING MY COMPUTER TO HIM, THE POST YOU ARE REFERRING TO WERE WRITTEN BEFORE I PICKED UP HIS FAMILY, THE OTHER POSTS ARE WRITTEN FROM MY HOME, AS MUCH AS I WOULD LIKE TO SPEND MORE TIME WITH HIM I HAVE A FAMILY AND IT IS CHRISTMAS!

If he says the friend is OK with this level of publicity though, then I'll take his word for it. THAT WOULD BE NICE, I DON'T LIKE TO BE CALLED OR IMPLIED THAT I TELL FIBS... I would be extremely uncomfortable with it but we're not all alike. (Thank goodness for that. IN YOUR OPINION )..... IF YOU COULD ONLY UNDERSTAND WHY I MADE THIS PUBLIC YOU MAY SEE THINGS DIFFERENTLY, IMAGINE FEELING TOTALLY ALONE IN THE WORLD SLOWLY SLIPPING INTO THE UNKNOWN, THE COMFORT HE FELT KNOWING THAT OTHERS, PEOPLE HE DIDN'T KNOW SHOWED CONCERN FOR HIM WAS A GREAT COMFORT IN AN UNCOMFORTABLE REALITY...SHARING IS THE NEW LIVING AND THE WORLD IS EMBRACING IT, USING IT TO COMFORT IS ONE OF IT'S MAJOR BENEFITS!

Onei, you're a strange poster. I'd like to believe you're sincere but some of your posts are quite odd, hence the doubting Thomas replies. Wishing you peace and love in this time of mourning.
