Looking for a good and very patent dentist in Bern

Hello,
we are moving to Bern soon and I was looking for a dentist specialized for children. Do you know someone that is good and most of all very, very patient?
In Zurich my daughter tried to get a treatment, but she was so scared that it was not possible to go on, and they suggested a general anaesthesia with intubation. But I would rather try without it, I really think this is too much just for normal dental care.
Thanks

Try Barbara Gerber-Blöchlinger, Effingerstrasse 17, Bern. My nephews like her (as far as you can like a dentist).

Believe me, it's not. I'm 40, and I'd take a general in a heartbeat. I even get the sweats on an inspection/clean up...

Come on, it's not so terrible, maybe you have just to find the right dentist...

If you can't find anyone suitable in Bern, just down the road in Fribourg is Nadia Kellerhof, Grand Place 14. She specialises in children and our kids have been going to her for years. She even has a TV mounted on the ceiling so the kids can watch a DVD of their choice if they want.

Re: Looking for a good and very patent dentist in Bern

I am currently going to Sapan Mistry, Spitalgasse 4 (seite Interio), 3011 Bern. Telephone 031 301 57 57.

I don't have kids, but I am like one when it comes to going to the dentist. Terrified doesn't even come close.

But this guy is friendly, and I've no complaints so far (and unfortunately avoiding the dentist for many years means I am going fequently now )

You might also want to try the school dental clinic. They specialize in children and a couple of friends (who are dentists themselves) said the school dental clinic is really good. They said that the dental clinic at Insel is also good.
