Name Tags

I was just wondering if the Coop sell name tags that I can sew into my sons clothes or iron on? As he is going with the school on a camping trip and everything needs to be labelled and I completely forgot about it till today as we got a updated letter..

Thanks

Re: Name Tags

Hi . I used special markers that don't come out in the wash to mark my kids' clothes for camps and such. They used to be sold at the Coop, and certainly at a well stocked Migros. Hope this helps.

Re: Name Tags

You can get iron-on tape with a special marker pen from most of the larger shops (Migros, Co-op, Placette). It'll be in with the sewing notions.
You have to use a fairly hot iron to make it stick..... some of my sons t-shirts still have them in from their scouting days, nearly twenty years ago!

Thanks Anjela this is perfect, exactly what I need as not all his clothes have tags in big enough to write on.. he's only 5 so if I dont label it probably wont come back...

Re: Name Tags

Most of those links seem to be for stick-on labels, not fabric name tags which is what Hayleyob's looking for I think. Very useful links though for book labels, etc. once all those school things need tagging.
