I thought I would put together a basic list of resources that people starting off on the road of divorce/custody that might serve as useful places to start.
(I havent included where to find a decent lawyer...for good reason. I think personal recommendation on this subject is best.)
For initial questions/information go the social services department of your local Geminde socialhilfe (German speaking Switzerland) or Mairie (French speaking Switzerland . They have lots of useful information on useful departments & associations, where to go for legal advise, collection of child support/alimony & more - they are there to help you. I find them quite helpful...once they knew I wasnt after money that is
