Does anyone know about Letrozole (Femara) and if it's effective for fertility.

No idea if it is relevant to you or not. Just read in our local paper that most Insurances in Switzerland will not pay for fertility treatment if you are over 40 anymore.

They never paid for invitro - but they do pay for AI but not over the age of 40 in most cases.
