<90 days and EU: work permit needed?

I am contracting a nanny for 80 days, EU passport and currently living in EU.

Does she need to apply for a B permit?

We will pay all taxes in CH and the contract is also Swiss.

She just has to register, within 8 days of arriving, assuming original EU country
