Just to confirm: you're talking about your mother adopting the children in the United Kingdom, not Switzerland, is that right?
DB, unlike you to be slow slow at grasping a situation. :-)

Re: Adopting a child after death of sibling

Is there any chance of having the mother also move to the UK? I feel sad for any parent who feels the only option for their children's survival, is to have them adopted - even infamily adoption.

It is quite clear if you read the post carefully - so why be sarcastic about a non-English speaker's use of English. Do you never make mistakes in German yourself. Not needed, really, is it?
Whether its in the Halal thread, this one or others, I'm becoming quite intolerant of your intolerance and really what can only be called abject racism. The OP is English, can we keep Home Counties condescension to an absolute minimum please.

Apologies if I'm incorrect, I'm new here. It just sounds like the sort of narrow faux-liberal crap you hear in Lib Dem meets in Bucks and Beds. I'm sure it exists elsewhere though.
