Hi all - we plan to get married in Switzerland this summer. We're putting the final plans in place but it will be June - August near Luzern / Rigi. It is a small wedding (c. 20 people) in a church followed by a meal for the guys in a nearby restaurant. We are looking for a photographer.
Please contact me if you have some recommendations or are yourself a photographer.
Some important info:
- we are on a tight budget. I know everyone says that but we really are. If you are a photographer please PM / message me with example pricing please if responding
- we are looking for people with online galleries / examples we can view
- we expect to need 4/5 hours in total - pre church / final prep, during church, after church group photos, start of meal
Thanks
K

Thank you very much guys!
To see a direct link to my work: http://www.magnusbogucki.com
and here is a tip when looking for a photographer: ensure you look at photos from one single wedding rather than a portfolio. This will show you the quality you can expect to get.

[OT] I find interesting to discuss and I only disliked couple of lighting issues in his portfolio pictures e.g. http://magnusbogucki.com/blog/Hochze...estphoto37.jpg just my unprofessional eyes but looks a bit grainy like if the ISO was super high and maybe a bit out of focus, maybe due to heavy post-processing, perhaps a lot of "unsharp mask" and "noise reduction". The framing and photo idea is superb though.
I would go for Bobo.

The reason why that particular photo might not look tack sharp (even though it did look great on a 60 x 30cm print) is that I was shooting into a window and sometimes it can cause a "milky effect". There is almost no post processing into this. It is a camera technique where you overexpose the subject vs the background (which is already very bright).

I am getting married in May in Paris, and searched for months before i decided on a photographer. ( I can't tell you from my experience ) But as an example, couples want him so badly they're paying for his flight, time and hotel to go to hong kong for a week.
Why don't you post your budget and I will see if it fits with any of the photographer's Ive talked to?
