Paracelsus

Has anyone used the Paracelsus Hospital for cancer treatment?

http://www.paracelsus-spital.ch/

What were your experiences with the treatments/doctors/hospital?

Thanks

Re: Paracelsus

I realize it is a thread from last year, but I will bump it in case the info helps those considering it. Background: I was considering a short treatment at Paracelsus, but seeing how I have already tried all their treatments, I decided on another clinic.
Having talked about it with former patients and two practitioners from the Lustmuehle location, I learned that their clinic is mainly frequented by chronically ill people, who have exhausted conventional treatment methods and/or need full-time care and rehabilitation after chemos, surgeries etc.
Found out people from all around the world come there to be diagnosed and holistically treated for cancers, arthritis, neuro-degenerative illnesses, microbial illnesses and psychosomatic illnesses. The patients I talked to said they were just glad the specialists treated them with respect and care and that alone helped them gain new hope on their road to recovery. Thus, it appears the staff makes an effort to create a safe, patient-centered environment (which to be fair, is not easy in a conventional hospital, where doctors work inhumanely long shifts)
Important to note: In case patients need to be monitored or have an urgent situation, they get transported to the nearest hospital. (Such was the case for an Australian patient at the al Ronc clinic last month)
While they seem to do quite comprehensive diagnostic tests and attempt to create a treatment program that is more holistic than conventional hospitals, the focus is on getting your body to the stage where it can regenerate better on its own. As far as I understood, they reject (synthetic) meds, eg antibiotics.
It can be a good option for those who are not acutely ill to have to stay in hospital, yet are not well enough to regularly visit their GP/specialist doctor. As with everything else, it is a personal choice. What works for some can be a horrible experience for others. One has to consider lots of things, including the high costs (especially if you come from abroad).
They were very friendly and open about treatments on the phone, so I encourage anyone to give them a call / email them to find out more.
Lastly, they seem to be relatively active on social media, advertising newest treatment methods.. I will link their Facebook here.

Re: Paracelsus

They are mostly open because health is business - I often watch interviews on TV and find some pieces fit and some don't...this place http://quantisana.ch/ is just another option...but what counts is day to day life style

Great to hear that there's a new cancer cure we didn't know about. Where can we see the trial results?

I assume they did cure her cancer?
