An alternate view on dieting

Paul McKenna, a UK based "guru" of all things wellness has come up with an alternate view on diets and dieting. The article is of course a plug for his new book but it is a quick read in any event.

If someone is thinking about a diet (especially something radical), you might find some words of wisdom in this article to suggest you go for another approach.

This approach to eating, combined with a little High Intensity Interval Training (4-6 minutes a day) to boost your metabolism might be all you need to drop the excess weight.

So, drop the diet resolution from you list for 2014.
