It might be a spelling issue. Try "école nouvelle romande" and several other similar combinations.

Anyhow, I've no experience with this particular school. Our (almost) 4-year-old has been to Montessori Micki and to the CEM. We're quite happy with both, but the CEM wins being a short walk from our house.

Can you tell me what the CEM is? I have friends with a four year old moving to the area and they are having problems finding a school. Thanks.

It's an arts focused kindergarten (and primary school?): http://www.musicem.ch/

My spelling is really really bad normally, and worse in French. I just happened to notice when I copied and pasted the text into Google.

Re: Has anyone sent their kids to the Ecolle nouvelle de la Suisse romande

Hello, I went to ecole nouvelle de la suisse romande in Lausanne and finished in 2006. Its a very nice school,I came from Germany didnt speak a word of frensh, the people helped me so much exspecially the teachers with extra lessions etc. Its a very international school there are many diffrent nationalities and its quiete a good thing . Almost everyone speaks English and even the little kids have serveral lessons taught in English. I miss the school a lot cause, for me personally it was more than a family than a school and i think thats rare to find. If you have more questions dont hestitate to ask me.

I went to Ecole Nouvelle de la Suisse Romande too, well so did my younger sister [at a different time]. It's a very international school with children all over the world. You make great life long-friends there. The teachers are very friendly too. The school is wonderful, you've got everything you could ever asked for. The King of Thailand and many Thai royal family members attended that school too. I was born in Thailand myself. It's got a lot to offer.

ey Sophie86, c'est toi, Schatzie? ^^
