Hi All,
I've seen a similar topic in this forum but the passports are different so the destinations and looks like there are exceptions and so on depending on those.
Anyway ... I planned a trip to London with my son, 8 years old mid of September.
We both have an Italian passport (with same last name). I'm divorced from his mother. Clearly she has no objections about us traveling there for three days but I just wanted to make sure there will be no surprises at passport control.
Does anyone know if I need a written declaration (authenticated by some lawyer) from her stating she has no objections about this trip? Or the passports are enough? In case I need a written declaration, any template available on some website?
According to the information I read on the flight company website (easyjet) in case of Italian minors (below 18) the passport should be enough ...
Thanks for any help
