I use to get muscle aches all the time and then once I was put on high-dose vitamin D to bring my levels up to normal, all those aches and pains went away.
Also, magnesium is awesome for muscle aches as well as anxiety (it's also necessary for our bodies to properly metabolize vitamin D). It works on the body like a mild muscle relaxer.
