Hello all,
Although my life, on paper, seems perfect here in Switzerland, internally I'm struggling and becoming increasingly isolated and withdrawn. While I can hold down a job and I have quite a few friends in Zurich (largely Swiss), meeting friends, bumping into my neighbours in my building and socialising generally is becoming increasingly difficult and stressful for me - more so if I have to navigate my way through dinner conversations in German/Swiss German.
Does anyone know of any therapists, preferably English-speaking, who can provide some guidance to get me out of this rut and back on track.

I'm thinking along the lines of CBT.
I would be most grateful.
