Sounds like a 30 minute infusion. Might need to be accessed via a port or PICC line, or at the very least hang a bag of solution and infuse into a vein. Probably not something one would do without training, although lots of people do learn how to access ports for home care (30 years ago, I did this for my mom.)
I would check with spitex, possibly one of the permanence walk in practices.
