Best breast cancer doctors

Hi all,
I am moving to La Rippe at the end of August, a day after finishing radiotherapy for my second bout of Breast Cancer. I am going to try and keep with my Nhs team with regular trips to the uk, however I would like to find a great team here as soon as possible. Does anyone have any recommendations for, ideally English speaking, doctors with a good reputation. I am happy to travel up to 90 minutes if they are very good.

Dr. Anne Hügli
Hôpital General-Beaulieu
Chemin de Beau-Soleil 22
1206 Genève
022 321 19 90

The Oncology unit at the Clinique de Genolier is very good as well. All the Dr.s speak English, at it’s a lot easier to get to. (Bus 810 to Nyon then Little Red Train)

You might also contact the English Speaking Cancer Association in Geneva (ESCA). They will be familiar with the area, and various doctors.

I know people who‘ve received treatment in Geneva, Lausanne, Sion, so there are good doctors, and almost all speak English. I don‘t know any specific doctors, though.

I received my treatment in Bern 8 years ago, and still return there for follow up. The care is excellent.

Wishing you a smooth transition and move.

The Oncology unit at the Clinique de Genolier is indeed very good, and is not far from La Rippe. All the best!
