Re: Miscarriage Conselling

I am sorry for the experience and loss. Wish you both all the best for the future.

Religious or non-religious?

Very sorry to hear about it. Ask your GP, her gynecologist?

Re: Miscarriage Conselling

Hi kilns,
I'm sorry you and your wife have had this sad loss. Grief is individual, and your pain may be different from hers, and that's okay.

I'm not able to suggest a support group or therapist, but perhaps you may find something in this older thread:

Re: Miscarriage Conselling

Perhaps try
https://verein-regenbogen.ch/ (even though their webiste is in German and French, you could just write or call in English, and ask if they're able to recommend someone who can speak any of your languages)

http://www.staernechind.ch/
and
https://www.sternenkinder-eltern.ch/en/about-us/
This group seems to be about parents who have suffered the loss of a child in miscarriage or soon after birth.

I just came on to suggest Karin and she's already been recommended. Thankfully I've not needed to use her services personally, but she's a personal contact and I know she specialises in grief counselling and she is definitely a sympathetic character. She would be my first port of call
