Kanton Zürich is now speeding up. Just got a call from my GP that they will have some badges of vaccin available and if I´d be willing to go to Winterthur in April. Yes, of course, so now first jab scheduled, second to come in May.

No idea, not age based but I was classified as risk group by my GP.

Things seem to be progressing a bit better finally.

Neuchâtel is starting vaccinations in GP surgeries and pharmacies today.
They are starting with just one part of the canton initially but will roll it out to the whole canton in April when they receive bigger deliver of the vaccines.

In the US you can now get the jab in the pharmacy and I have friends in under-developed countries in Africa that clearly know when they are getting vaccinated (vaccines delivered through humanitarian organizations)

We have given it some thought, considered pros and cons with my wife and today we have officially registered for COViD vaccination in our canton online at: https://ag.impfung-covid.ch/

It’s easy-peasy straightforward process that can also be done in EN. The confirmation came via SMS in form of:

“Hello NAME/SURNAME,
We are happy to inform you that your registration is complete. As soon as new vaccination dates are available, you will receive a text message containing the invitation for your two vaccinations. You can find up-to-date information and a list of documents required for vaccination on the website of the responsible health authority.”
