Pregnancy and private scan questions

Hi all,

I just moved and Iím 15 weeks pregnant.
I have a high risk pregnancy and the earliest the local clinic can see me is in another 4 weeks which will be 6 weeks after my last scan at home.

Iím getting a bit nervous and was wondering if there is anywhere in canton Bern where I can get a private scan to check everything is okay?

Itís all a bit strange and uncertain to me at the moment here as we are absolutely clueless to how prenatal care works.

Have you called the local hospital? You can call all gynecologist until you find one with an earlier appointment?

I sent you a private message with a referral to a gyn in Bern. Not sure if it will help, but might be an option.

I agree. Specially if it's a risk pregnancy, I should think one would like to have a personal gyn to build up a "relationship" of trust with.

I don't know where you moved from but going straight to the hospital is not the usual way to go here.
Most gyns have their spaces in the hospital = they will accompany you from beginning to birth .... and after of course.
