Re: Pharmacies Offering Rapid Antigen Letter

Can those free rapid antigen (that are given 5x per month) tests be used for traveling?

Or if not, does anyone know how much on average the pharmacy-run antigen tests costs and if they provide results in English as well?
1. No, because it's self-administered. Anyone can fake that.
2. Depends where you go. From recent posts here on EF, the rapid antigen test is now free and you only pay about 15 Francs for the certificate.

HOWEVER - Double-check when you book the test that they'll provide the certificate in English. The first place I went (Amavita) specifically said the certificate is only in German, and that if I want English I have to pay for a PCR test which goes to a lab. Then the lab provides a certificate in English.

The second place I went (CityNotfall in Bern) I didn't ask whether they do certificates in English so I don't know whether it's possible.
