Help - Baby doesn't sleep - medical support

Hello everybody,

We have a 10 month old baby that has very irregular sleeping and most nights wakes-up every hour. We would like to be sure that there is no underlying problem, such as tongue tie or muscular issue. The pediatrician says all is ok but we would like a second opinion. Do you recommend any specific doctor / praxis for a second opinion?

Thanks,
Lloyd

Goodness, that must be exhausting for you as a parent as well as for the child. I don't have any advice to offer, I just hope you get some answers - and sleep - soon.

I bet Swissmedi Kids could offer a second opinion. And good for you for following your gut feeling.

Sorry for the baby and parents alike. Hang in there.

Two reputable somnology centers near you are:

Center for Sleep Medicine at University Children's Hospital Zurich: https://www.kispi.uzh.ch/fzk/en/abte...s/default.aspx

Hirslanden Center for Sleep Medicine at Hirslanden Klinik in Zollikon, though I don't know if they have pediatric expertise: https://www.hirslanden.ch/en/klinik-...irslanden.html
