I am not sure about Swiss state schools, but international schools that use the International Baccalaureate curriculum (IB) have test results that you can compare against other IB schools. Getting your hands on a copy of the test scores may be tricky, however. Private, international schools may not give you the raw data you want, but may instead give you something that has been doctored.
In the US, with the No Child Left Behind Act, the Annual Yearly Progress (AYP) of each school would be up for public review each school year.
