Try Dr Singer at Schulhausstrasse near Rietberg museum, Enge or University Hospital Poliklinik. Good Luck

Are you refering to Dr Pierre Villars based in Seefeld? If so I have experience with him as my Ob/Gyn through a difficult pegnancy but not with fertility issues. He is a really fantastic Dr & I felt in safe hands with him, he always took his time and explained what was happening very clearly. I can highly recommend him from that point of view.

Re: Fertility Dr. in Zurich?

You might want to consider the fertility clinic in the Kanton Spital in Baden (www.ksb.ch) , in German it's called "Kinderwünsch"

The clinic is one of the best in Switzlerland (Baden is only 15 min by train from Zürich HB) - and English is spoken.

Re: Fertility Dr. in Zurich?

Hi All,
Just to let u know, me and my husband were trying to concieve for over 3 years and one of the Gynac suggested Zurich Hospital. I could have concieved by IUI, as I did one before( but unfortunately had to be terminated as the fetus was not good), the doctors at the zurich hospital were very adamant for ICSI (which is not covered by insurance). Dr. Leeners did my final treatment, but she is quite harsh and rude and ended me being pregnant with ectopic pregnancy. We strongly suggest not to go to the Zurich hospital for the fertility treatment for the following reasons
1. Different doctors will see you each time you go, so there is no bonding with the doctor.
2. They will not ask for your views, but will impose thier decision on you.
3. And if any thing goes wrong, nobody takes the responsibility as there is no one doctor treating you.
4. Even if the money for the treatment like IVF/ICSI is less, we suggest going to private gynacologist as he will know everything what is going on with you.
You don't have to explain everytime about your history and you don't fear if the new doctor would know everything you told in your first visit.

Re: Fertility Dr. in Zurich?

Has anyone ever tried Dr. Estilla Maurer in Oerlikon? I've been with her now for over 6 months, but am not that satisfied. I know it's a long process, but still... does one really have to go through months of treatments before and eventually becoming pregnant?
Thanks for sharing your experiences.

Hi Krishna,

i know this post is old. i need some information from you. As you said , that in Zurich hospital or any other kanton hospital , different doctors treat us each time. We wil not any any bonding or understanding between doctor and patient.
Even i am facing the same problem as you, Did you see any other doctor after this.

Can anyone suggest me a good Fertility Specialist in Zurich or Luzern??

Re: Fertility Dr. in Zurich?

I have no experience with any of this, but here's a list of the IVF/fertility network in Switzerland. I was curious because I walked past a new practice in Oerlikon yesterday, right next to the coop center 11.

Re: Fertility issues

what is proven helpful regarding Fertility issues to seek out a diagnosed-and-guided therapy for Herbal Supplement to either re-equip your body so you might have a natural pregnancy, or prepare your body for the Fertility processes you decide to go through.
The fact that you need an IUI, is due to a deficiency in your body, which often, can be corrected with herbal supplements. These deficiencies are evident in your Menstral Cycle, or your general state of health, which the Naturopath will address, and treat, either for your Health, or for your Child-Wish (Kinderwunsch)!
Worth looking into natural therapies for fertility issues.

In case it might be of interest here is an article on an "at-home" IUI system that seems to have good results.
