I divorced in swiss in 2008.But always problem about maintenance.My exhusband ist like rogue!!When our son was born,he abandoned us in china,he hide our marriage,he concealed his son's birth.Good luck,his new girlfriend called me to ask who am i?Then i know what happened.This stroy i never want to remember again.That is terrible.Now i continue to say the problem.He always not in right time to pay,even court write the rules and law,but he didn't do it.He lie still,always says next time next time to pay.....Until now he sitll own my son many months' maintenance.And i have called court about it,they let me to know where he works,then can help me.Aber i don't know,i am not in swiss,even goverment can't find where he works,how can i find?I think many people divorce in swiss,there is some easy way to disolve it.My exhusband said he hasn't job,he can't pay.And he doen't take money from goverment when he lose job.And court send letter to him to show paper where he works,aber he ignore,he doesn't give.So because he does this way.I really have no idea.It means in swiss,even court wirte so,if this man doesn't want,then nobody can control him?It means when this man hasn't heart,then his child can't get maintenance.So i wonder where is fair in swiss??Where ist law in swiss?Who can anwser me and help me?I only want to know how can i do against this man to get maintenance?

As you are no longer in Switzerland, I think you would be better off asking what you can do about this, in Sweden.

But my exhusband is swiss memeber,he lives in swiss.So even where am i,our divorce in swiss.And swiss court did it.If he lives in schweden,also i can ask for schweden to hlep.But it isn't.

And this thing isn't only about me,it is about him too.And he lives in swiss.why i can't get help because i don't live in swiss?
