Child Custody / Maintenance: Advice / Lawyer

Hi, does anyone have a recommendation for a lawyer in Kanton Schwyz in respect of child custody and maintenance (I understand these issues are handled on a Kanton basis).

I would like to apply for single custody of my 10 year old daughter as my ex-husband refuses to work constructively (or at all) on key issues such as schools and medical issues. We are separated for over 4 years but only recently divorced ... and communication just seem to get worse, regardless of how much I try.

He pays EUR 356 per month in maintenance - his figure. I have no idea if this is correct.

My ex-husband resides in Germany, but I understand that as my daughter resides in Switzerland these are issues for the Swiss courts?

Any advice or shared experiences on child custody / maintenance, particularly where the ex-partner resides in another country.

Thank you!
