Non EU married to an EU in Zürich, What happens after Divorce?

HI All,

What happen to a non EU lady on a B Permit, married to an EU?

Does she loose her Permit and has to fly back home?

4 years but been living only for 2 years in Switzerland. Does it make any sense?

Change seasons, change partners -- why not?

I wonder how the commissions would be structured. And what would the satisfacton guarantee look like? This being Switzerland, presumably one would be locked in until the next change of season, where a short exchange window would open for the next round of partner-swapping.

Does the non EU lady have a job here in CH? Then she can stay. If not, she's more likely asked to leave the country.
