I am not a specific women's health Physio. I am a musculoskeletal outpatients Physio (ie back/neck pain, soft tissue injuries, broken bones etc).
I am not registered to work in Basel yet as my documents have not come back from the translator yet, but am fully qualified and registered in the UK. (You can check on th HPC registration website for any British physio that you are seeing to confirm they are what and who they say they are,,,,,,,,,)
But from a basic advice point of view,,,,,,the tread before highlighting 'breathing,' was on the right lines.
Its all core stability and pelvic floor exs.

Sure, we can manipulate you and mobilise you until the cows come home, but unless you also have the underlying strength, it won't have any long term beneficial effects.
