I sent my kids to a day-care center, called a kinderkrippe. They will be switching to a private baby-sitter, called a Tagesmutter.

Beware!! Desensitize yourself to any insinuations that you are a neglectful parent.

Thanks, really appreciate.

I have few more questions.
1. who will pick up from school and put in kinderkrippe(creche) ?
2. How much does it costs from say 12-6 pm?
3. Are then open during school holidays also?
4. Is there a agency for tages mutter, what are the charges, do we sign any contract etc..?

The Kinderkrippe that my son goes to has a delivery and pick-up service to & from kindergarten which to me as a working mother is a life saver! You could check if any in your area offer this service.
