What are the consequences of moving out on a spouse?

I'm a citizen; she's not. We're both culturally and linguistically foreign, which is why I'm looking for help here. The kids are dual citizens.

I'm fine with splitting things fifty-fifty. Would moving out constitute some sort of (insert legalese here) admission of guilt, abandonment, etc?

BTW, not looking to leave the country.

Thanks.
