It's Poussin Piou here. Does it exist in English? The original is in Italian.
I wish I hadn't just googled that. As 17,346,787 other people probably also do, too. (It's in French, by the way. Sort of. And please, let it never exist in any other language.)
We've been here over a year and not skied yet
I have asked one of my students, who is also a ski instructor, if we can ski with her.
I then asked mini if she wanted too ski and she said.
'I know how to ski, I saw someone with poles in their hands and things on their feet so I know how to do it.'
Looking forward to our lessons.

I don't want to look up and hear Poussin Piou, but I am really afraid it's the French version of "pulcino pio" (for you masochists: )

This thread has gone so well without youtube links of random cute kids, and I think it has to continue this way...but I found in youtube suggestions this video of a kid with an early taste in music ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tQ18JEPLhkg), and I immediately remembered this thread!

Somebody is responsible for teaching my daughter cheesy 80's music and it ain't me
Walking past the chemist on the way home mini-mimi pipes up:
Mini-mimi: "look mummy! S-Express!"
Me: "what are you on about?"
Mini-mimi: "there! There! Look!" *pointing at the green cross*
Me: "Okaaaay....why S-Express?"
Mini-mimi: "because it's my favourite ever!" *starts singing S-express and pulling some nifty dance moves*
Me: "just wait 'til your Daddy gets home"

My little one loves a cartoon called "Tree Fu Tom". In it he has to do spells to avert disaster anyway, thanks to this we have developed an afternoon ritual whilst waiting for the bus:
Mini-mimi: "come on mummy! We need to do our magic spell to make the bus come.
Me: "ok darling" *starts going through the dramatics of wiggling fingers, warming up our arms and "feeling" the magic energy* (all done to prolong the magic moment until I see the bus about to come around the corner.)
Me: * spots bus* "ok, now!"
Together: "super, super magic, bring our bus back" *lots of hand movements*
Mini-mimi: "oh mummy! It was already coming!"
Me: *rumbled*
Mini-mimi: " you really must try harder next time mummy! I'm exhausted from trying and you ruined it"

I'm glad I'm not the only one that does Tree-Fu. Mind you Minimoo has recently discovered Lazytown... I'm exhausted.
