Telecommuting, B permit and taxes

Hi!
What is the tax situation for someone who lives in Switzerland on a B permit and works for a foreign employer while looking for a job in CH? We are not talking about a lot of money here, it's just a temporary work on a side. It is possible to do a tax declaration for someone who is taxed at source and earn way less than 120K? Is there some minimum amount under which there is no need to bother with the declaration?
Thanks!

PS: I dutifully searched the forum before posting

Re: Telecommuting, B permit and taxes

There surely must be people who know the answer here. Please, I'd really appreciate any advice.
How can a B-permit holder (taxed at source) pay taxes on foreign income in Switzerland? Is there any minimum amount of taxed income? What about the wealth tax -- does this have to be paid, even for very small amounts?
Thanks!
