Hey guys didn't know where to post this

I got a letter today from a company that I think "represented" my last company here who I worked for, for 8 months and took care of the insurances for their employees

Anyways
I got a letter and the title says something like this -
IHRE BERUFLICHE VORSORGE-POLICE NR. xxx - GOLDBACH INTERACTIVE AG
IHRE VERSICHERTEN NR . xxxx

I don't know any german and don't know what it means. There is more but that is the title
What does it say?

For your info - from this year I am with a new health insurance package.

I wrote that an assurance company wrote me this letter, that is the title
I don't know what they want or what they are asking for - for some reason I think they are asking me for the new company I work for
But I don't understand why - I have nothing to do with Phenix Assurances
???

Type out the entire text in a post here ( being careful to leave out private information ) and someone will translate it for you, and then you can decide what to do.

All it says is what you policy number and insured number are.

Maybe the company that does your retirement (2nd pilastro)?
When you change companies, normally the funds need to get transfered to the new insurer.
