I'm running a coaching business and cooking group.

What would you recommend in terms of collecting payments in Basel?

1) Cooking Events (normally 30-60CHF - one time advance ticket sale)

2) Coaching Sessions (collected monthly over a 6 month period)

At the moment, I've been collecting cash. It's good, but inconvenient for some. Does anyone know the deal with the payment slips? business bank accounts? Miscellaneous charges?
