| | Thank you Postfinance!
Received today a nice card from Postfinance. To thank the loyal customer and to share the success of 2010 business they will credit the E-deposito/deposito accounts with 2010 centimes (i.e 20CHF10) in March.
That's nice marketing! Makes them so different from the "bonus" banks.

Any idea if they give it by account or by members? Because we received three of those letters...
So I was hoping maybe we will get it three times! |

we also have multiple accounts so are i'm hoping for multiple payout!
cheeky i know, but then, you get so little back for all the pain of saving.
yes it really is painful for us! we dont save that much but its the principle...i was brought up to save, save, save and all i seem to do in switzerland is spend, spend, spend. ahhhh - all i can say is that in our family at least we all have our health :-)))
enjoy the freebie!

I wish they would just inform us by statement or electronically. I travel quite a lot so my post box fills up very quickly, it's usually either tax or junk!.

Sorry but I find unnecessary posted communications a waste of time, I have asked for no statements by post so they just send advertising! At least I did not have to wait at the post office to collect the choclates they sent last year.

I got same square card in perfectly square envelope. I guess now we are all square with Postfinance (after being screwed with 35% tax on interest). Next time they can send me some more... nuts... so that I can screw them!

Everyone with a Deposito or e-Deposito account gets the 2010 rappen, regardless of account size.
More info on the website, including a video
As an aside, I wish that everyone spoke as slow as this guy did, I would not have struggled with understanding dialect/the Swiss German accent so much at first had they had his pace and clarity! |

That included several bills, health insurance card etc. Many phone calls, visits to the post office, and they could not find anything.
It was a bit of a headache to sort out all the missing bills but finally all went smooth.
They delivered our missing post two months later .
Now I just ask the neighbors to collect our mail. Much more reliable :-)
