Working in Vd - Living in France & Belgium - Where to pay taxes?

Hi,

I'll start working in Lausanne in a month or so, for an international company.

I'll stay 3-4 nights a week in a rented apartment in Evian-les-Bains and the remainder of the week I'll return to my home in Belgium.

Where should I pay taxes?

I know about the different double-taxation treaties between Switzerland-France as well as Switzerland-Belgium, but I have no idea where in the end I'll be paying them. All help or tips are welcome. Any possibility to reduce taxes ?

Thx

Normally where you live and this is dependant on the number of nights you spend in any one place.

Best is to contact the organisation dealing with frontaliers (website is www.frontaliers.org). They have an office in Evian and can certainly clarify the issues for you. Best regards. Patrick
