Taxes at the time of deregistration

Does any one know how do they calculate the total taxes when you leave Switzerland. I am leaving in september end and would not have all bank documents etc. Do they assume something today and you need to file the return after the year end.

Also I was expecting some tax returns from my last year assessment. How will I get that.

Thanks for the help
