Re: pension

I appreciate that English is not your mother tongue but if you want advice on here you'll perhaps have to make it slightly more clear what you are looking for.

The 'uninformative title' together with the typos in your post mean that a reader, particularly another member who is not a native English speaker, simply doesn't know what you mean. I am really not being pernickety, but I guess most members scan titles and texts and if they see something which interests them, or they can help with, they take a closer look. If it seems to be another vague question, they skip over it and read further.

If I knew exactly what you were talking about I could change the title to something more appropriate which might get more attention. This post perhaps belongs in business/entrepreneur anyway.

Could this be:
'I would like to know if anybody here has withdrawn pension money to invest in a business or knows someone else who has done this.
How long did it take before the money was available? Thanks in advance.'

Which pension are you referring to? More questions than answers I'm afraid.

Let me guess....you want to give your pension to a girl from Poland who possibly works at H&M to "invest" for you?

Re: pension

'somebody here has/knows somebody' - of course!

It took me a re-take as well, which I why I wrote my post earlier in the Thread. It just isn't clear at first glance what the OP wants.

Re: Want to invest 3rd Pillar pension in a business. Permitted?

One thing to keep in mind is that you can only withdraw that money if you are going to be 100% self employed. If you were planning to build up the business while you are still employed it won't be possible to get your 3rd pillar out as far as I know.

Reminds me more of 2nd piller. Is it a question related to 3b pillar?
Maybe searching here can help you a bit: http://www.kmu.admin.ch/adressen/index.html?lang=de
"Wer sich selbstständig macht und nicht (mehr) der obligatorischen Vorsorge angeschlossen ist (Inhaber einer Einzelfirma, Kollektiv- oder Kommanditgesellschaft), kann sein Guthaben bei der Pensionskasse bar beziehen. Dazu muss eine Bestätigung der AHV-Ausgleichskasse oder ein Auszug aus dem Handelsregister vorliegen." http://www.kmu.admin.ch/themen/00175...x.html?lang=de
