Bank for international transfers

I am moving to Switzerland in August as an MBA student, will I be allowed to open a bank account? I want to maintain my bank accounts in my home country and need flexibility in transferring funds to and fro to be able to pay for my credit card bills back home, etc. What bank has the best online transfer facilities to bank accounts in other countries (and that don't charge high transfer fees)? I have basic banking requirements: I just need a savings and checking account, and Swiss credit card in a bank in Geneva. Will I be able to apply for one as a post-graduate student? Thanks in advance for all advice.

You could search the Forum for answers...

You can open a Post Finance account at most large post offices.
