Taxes paid by company or by employee
Hi,
As far as I know, in ZH, if salary is under ~120,000 and working full 42.5 hours a week, all taxes are paid by the company and the employee does not have to fill in the tax forms. I am talking about foreign employees on L/B permits.
I also know that there is a limit of working hours per week under which it is the responsibility of the employee to pay the taxes (and probably will have to fill in the tax forms as well). Could anyone confirm that and know the limit of work hours?
Also, if in unpaid holiday, do the company pay any taxes (or how it affects the first above)?
