What is the easiest and/or cheapest way to buy German Goverment Bonds as a private investor living in Switzerland.

1) Check the Federal Debt Management Agency's website and apply to open an account.
2) Go to a German post office to confirm your ID
3) Buy German Government debt (no fees).
4) Done.
